  • Recipients: Email (required), Handle (username), Name, Bio, LinkedIn URL, payment preferences, and Stripe account information for payouts.
  • Senders: Email (required), and optionally: Name, Bio, Company, Role, and LinkedIn URL to help recipients understand who is contacting them.
  • Platform Usage: Message content, responses, transaction data, session information (IP address, browser type), and usage analytics to improve our service and prevent fraud.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Facilitate message delivery and payment processing
  • Send notifications about new messages and responses
  • Provide customer support and platform improvements
  • Ensure platform security and prevent fraud

3. Payment Data

  • All credit card and banking information is handled directly by Stripe
  • PaidAttention.me does not store raw credit card numbers on its servers
  • Payment data is encrypted and processed according to PCI-DSS standards

4. No Data Selling

  • Strict Privacy: We do NOT sell, rent, or share email addresses with recruiters or third parties.
  • Blind Relay: Senders do not see a Recipient's email address unless the Recipient voluntarily includes it in their reply text.
  • Notifications: Senders pay to trigger a notification from our system; they do not buy the Recipient's contact info.

5. Data Retention

  • We retain your data as long as your account is active
  • You may request account deletion at any time
  • Some transaction records may be retained for legal and tax purposes as required by law
